From the PMAC floor to the Union ballrooms
Campus events span very different rooms — the PMAC arena floor for career fairs, expos, and general sessions, the Union ballrooms for banquets and meetings, and outdoor and pre-function space for registration. We carry the drape, carpet, staging, and skirted tables to set any of them.

Campus load-in has its own rules — dock and floor access at the PMAC, routing through the Union, event windows that share the calendar with athletics and classes. Knowing that going in keeps the setup on schedule.
