We set up trade shows and events at any venue across the region. Below are a few of the rooms we know especially well — but wherever your show is booked, we can work it.
Any venue, one local crew
We are not limited to a set list of buildings — we bring drape, carpet, signage, and staging to any venue across the region, on our own trucks out of Baton Rouge. The venues below are simply ones we have worked often enough to know the docks, the timing, and the quirks. Don't see yours? We can still set it. Raising Cane's River Center
Downtown Baton Rouge's convention center — exhibition hall, arena, and theatre for the performing arts.
Lamar Dixon Expo Center
Ascension Parish's expo grounds in Gonzales — main arena, covered barns, and exhibition buildings.
Pennington Biomedical
Conferences, symposiums, and health expos at the Baton Rouge research campus.
Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel
Ballroom galas, conferences, trade shows, and weddings at the Bluebonnet hotel.
LSU & the PMAC
Career fairs, campus expos, banquets, and ceremonies at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center and the Union.
