Why a concrete floor doesn't sell booths

Carpet is the difference between a warehouse and an event. It quiets the room, it marks out where the aisles run, and it is the single change that most alters how a hall feels the moment doors open. For exhibitors standing on it for eight hours a day, it is also the difference between a comfortable show and a miserable one.

Scale is rarely the issue. We have laid carpet across the entire floor of the New Orleans Superdome, and we have done the New Orleans Car Show for more than twenty years running. A hotel ballroom or a regional exhibit hall is well inside what we handle routinely.

Colors we stock

Event carpet in Black, Blue, Green, Red, and Silver. Most shows use one color for the aisles and let exhibitors choose their own booth color, though a single color throughout gives a cleaner, more uniform floor. If your show has brand colors, tell us and we will lay out options that work with them.

Carpet padding

We also offer padding underneath the carpet — a small add-on that makes a real difference across a long show day. Your feet will thank you.

What ordering carpet actually involves

Carpet is priced by area, so what we need from you is square footage or a floor plan — booth count and booth sizes are usually enough for us to work it out. Beyond that the variables are color, whether you want the whole hall or just the aisles, and how much of it exhibitors are ordering themselves.

We install it, and we come back and pull it up. That second half matters more than people expect: teardown on a big floor is heavy, awkward work against a hard deadline, and it is not something a venue’s staff will do for you. We work to the dock schedule and clear out on time.

Ordered with the rest of the floor

Carpet almost always goes in alongside pipe and drape, and gets finished off with signage. Ordering them together means one crew sequencing the work correctly — carpet down before drape goes up, in the right order across the floor — rather than three vendors arriving whenever suits them.
