Trade Show Signage & Custom Event Lettering
Entrance banners, wayfinding, booth identification, and sponsor recognition — produced and hung by the same crew that builds the floor.
Signage is what stops a show feeling improvised
A hall can have perfect drape and fresh carpet and still feel unfinished if attendees are wandering around looking for registration. Signage is the layer that tells people where they are, where to go next, and whose show they are at — and it is usually the thing organizers leave until last.
It is also where sponsors get what they paid for. A sponsor logo on a printed panel at the entrance is worth considerably more to them than a line in a program, and it is often the difference between a sponsor renewing and not.
Signage for the whole floor
Entrance Banners
The first thing attendees see. Show name, dates, and branding at a size that reads from across a lobby.
Registration & Wayfinding
Directional signs that move people from the door to check-in to the floor without anyone having to ask a volunteer.
Booth Identification
Exhibitor name cards and booth numbers, consistent across the floor, so attendees can actually find the company they came to see.
Sponsor Recognition
Panels and displays that give sponsors visible placement where traffic is heaviest — and give you something concrete to sell next year.
Welcome Displays
Branded displays for entrances, general sessions, and photo backdrops, sized to the space they are going in.
Custom Lettering
High-visibility text and lettering for booths and displays — bold, clean, and installed straight and level.
Made and installed by one crew
The reason to get signage from your decorator rather than a print shop is installation. A print shop delivers a box of banners to a loading dock. We produce the signage and then hang it — at the right height, in the right place, level, and rigged so it stays up for the duration of the show.
It also means the signage is designed against the floor plan we are already building. Entrance banners sized to the entrance we are draping, wayfinding placed where the aisles actually run, sponsor panels positioned where the traffic will be. That coordination is difficult when three vendors are working from three different versions of the plan.
What we need, and when
Artwork and copy are what drive the timeline — production takes time, and last-minute sponsor additions are the usual cause of a rush. Get us your show name, dates, sponsor list, and floor plan as early as you can, and late changes become manageable rather than expensive.
Signage is normally ordered alongside pipe and drape and event carpeting as part of the whole floor, on one quote and one install.
