The table is where the booth actually happens

Almost every exhibitor works from a table. It holds the literature, the samples, the laptop and the giveaway bowl, and it is the surface an attendee leans on while deciding whether to keep talking. A bare folding table with a cloth thrown over it says something about the exhibitor, and it is rarely what they intended to say.

A skirted table is pleated fabric fitted along the front and sides, hiding the legs and whatever is stored underneath — the boxes, the cases, the coats. It is the cheapest thing on a show floor that reliably makes a booth look finished, which is why organizers so often include one in the base booth package.

Skirting colors

Skirting is available in Black, Blue, Burgundy, Gold, Green, Purple, Red, Silver, and White. Black is the most common because it disappears under the tabletop and lets the exhibitor's own branding carry the booth. Tell us your show colors and we will tell you what we can match.

Cocktail tables are finished with fitted spandex covers rather than pleated skirting, and those come in a variety of colors too.

Tables for every part of the floor

6' Skirted Table

The standard exhibit booth table and the one most shows include in the base package. Fits a 10x10 booth without crowding it.

8' Skirted Table

More surface for larger booths, product displays, or registration desks that need to seat two people working side by side.

4' Skirted Table

For tight booths, corner placements, and side tables where a full six feet would block the aisle or the walkway into the space.

Narrow Skirted Table

A slimmer footprint for shallow booths and along walls, where depth is what you are short of rather than length.

42" Counter-Height Table

Standing height, so staff meet attendees at eye level instead of looking up from a chair. Pairs with a padded stool for longer shifts.

Cocktail Table

Round, standing height, finished with a fitted spandex cover. For receptions, hospitality areas, and the conversation spaces between the show floor and the bar.

Unskirted Table

A plain table where the skirt is not needed — back-of-house, storage behind a booth wall, or exhibitors bringing their own covers.

Table Top Risers

Skirted tiers that lift product above the tabletop, so a display reads from across the aisle rather than only to whoever is standing at the table.

How tables get ordered

Usually two ways at once. The organizer includes a table in the base booth package for every exhibitor, and individual exhibitors then order extras — a second table, a counter-height table, risers — through the exhibitor kit. That ordering runs directly to us, so those requests never land on the organizer's desk.

Tables are set in place as part of the floor build, alongside pipe and drape and carpet, so exhibitors arrive to a booth that is genuinely ready rather than a stack of furniture in the aisle. We collect everything after the show closes.

Pricing

Table rental is quoted per show, because what it costs depends on quantity, sizes, skirting color, and how much is already bundled into the booth package. Send us your booth count and floor plan and we will price it properly — including what your exhibitors will see if they order extras themselves.
