Seating is the detail nobody notices until it is wrong
Nobody compliments a show on its chairs. They do notice when there are two seats in a booth staffed by three people, when the stool is the wrong height for the counter, or when a general session is fifty chairs short ten minutes before it starts. Seating is a quantity problem more than a taste problem, and getting the count right is most of the job.
The other half is matching the chair to the setting. A folding chair is right for a session room and wrong behind a counter-height table. A padded stool is right for an eight-hour booth shift and wrong in a row of two hundred. We carry all three of the types a show floor actually needs.

Folding Chair
The volume option. Stacks and moves fast, which matters when a room has to be reset between sessions. Right for general sessions, seminars, breakout rooms, and overflow seating.
Padded Side Chair
Upholstered seat and back on a steel frame. The standard booth chair — comfortable enough for a full show day, and tidy enough to sit in a booth without looking like spare furniture.
Padded Stool
Counter height with a footrest, made to pair with a 42" table. Lets booth staff sit while still meeting attendees at standing eye level, which is the whole point of a counter-height booth.
Where the seating goes
Most exhibit booths take one or two chairs, usually included in the base package by the organizer, with exhibitors ordering extras through the exhibitor kit. Registration desks need seating for whoever is checking people in, generally for the full run of the show. General sessions and seminar rooms are where the numbers get large and where an accurate count matters most — and where a room reset between sessions has to be planned rather than improvised.
Hospitality and lounge areas usually pair stools with cocktail tables, which is worth deciding early because it changes both counts at once.
Ordered with the rest of the floor
Chairs are delivered and placed as part of the build, alongside pipe and drape, carpet, and tables. Exhibitors arrive to a booth that is set rather than a pile of furniture in the aisle, and we collect everything once the show closes.
Seating is quoted per show, since it depends on quantity, chair type, and how much is already bundled into the booth package. Give us your booth count and session room capacities and we will price it properly.
